This past Honor's Day, Bro. Nivory Gordon was tapped into the Anderson Society and Bro. Jaquaious (Jay) Little became a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa Society.
As one of the University of Alabama’s most respected and lauded honor societies, the Anderson Society recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the University of Alabama. Once an Anderson initiate, members are expected to continue to devote themselves to various forms of service.
Omicron Delta Kappa recognizes achievement in five areas: scholarship; athletics; campus and community service. Membership in the Omicron Delta Kappa Society is regarded as one of the highest collegiate honors that can be awarded. To be selected as a member, one must stand among the top thirty-five percent of all students at that particular institution and hold a leadership role in one of the society's five areas of recognition.
